Premium Package : 30+ edited photos

A must for service and holiday accommodation clients. A larger photo amount which will include a stylish set of detail/lifestyle shots to highlight the properties main features and facilities to customers

Based in Canterbury I am well placed to cover the surrounding villages as well as the East Kent area such as Whitstable, Herne Bay, Birchington, Margate, Ramsgate, Broadstairs, Dover, Deal, Folkestone. I can also cover the mid and north Kent areas of Faversham, Ashford, Maidstone and the Medway towns.

 

Travel is charged at 45p per mile for longer distances over 15 miles from Canterbury

Virtual Staging

The recent advancements in AI editing technology has made the generation and removal of elements more efficient and has opened up new creative opportunities for showcasing a properties potential.

Take this example:

On this serviced accommodation property the back garden lawn was due to be re-laid as it was looking patchy and distracting. Instead of having to put this listing on hold the client enlisted my help. Using my Photoshop experience I started by replacing the browning turf with a natural looking fresh green lawn. I then replaced the existing patio bench with a more apt garden furniture set and barbecue to match the garden space.

 

 

Virtual Tour Options

Virtual tours have quickly become an essential way of showing your home and holiday let to prospective buyers and guests. 

I can offer 2 types of virtual tour: 360° and 3D Matterport

 

360° virtual tour 

A panoramic image is made in each room and/or area and then linked together in software, allowing viewers the ability to move from room to room around the property. 

• 360 panoramic image of each room/space + 360 of exterior spaces
• 3D dollhouse and floorplan included 
• 12 months hosting included

3D Matterport tours

3D Matterport tours are made using the Matterport platform; the industry standard for online viewings. This virtual tour is made by ‘scanning’ throughout the entire property with a specialised camera which creates a 3D render, known as the ‘Dollhouse’ like seen below.

 

 

The finished tour is comprised of multiple panoramic hotspots allowing prospective clients free reign around the property for a truly immersive experience. Check out these recently completed tours below:
