Kent Woodland

Kent Woodland A collection of woodland images from Kent. The majority are from King’s Woods, a 1500 acre ancient woodland in the Kent Downs AONB near Ashford. Historically a royal hunting grounds frequented by Henry VIII; the site is home to a wide range of flora and fauna including herds of fallow deer, adders and nightjars. One of the main attractions for me during the Spring months is the incredible display of bluebells which invariably brings me back every year.
